Cereal Ingredients, Inc. was established in early 1990 with two primary objectives:

• To research, develop and market unique new food ingredients
• To serve the baking and food industries with a full service laboratory and test bakery

In pursuit of these objectives, the bakery-testing laboratory was opened in June of 1990. Cereal Ingredients functions with a highly developed sense of urgency assisting clients with their needs. A dedicated staff brings many years of baking, grain and food industry experience from the fields of manufacturing, sales, marketing, laboratory services and R & D.
