C. Melchers & Company, established in 1806, has been satisfying customers all over the world for over 190 years. Pacific Farmsä as part of the Melchers group has been the favored supplier of vegetables from China to the United States for over 15 years. We have now expanded our mission to bring our industry a full line of air dried products from the best producers in the world, foreign and domestic.

Each one of our partner plants is certified by our Quality Assurance staff and adheres to good manufacturing practices and maintain quality control programs. All production is rigorously tested for safety and quality before it receives the Pacific Farmsä label. Each shipment comes with a Certificate of Analysis and the Pacific Farmsä guarantee that the product meets the customer specification.
